He was responsive, knew the Tacoma lineup inside and out, and never once made me feel pressured. He walked me through options, pricing, and what actually made sense for how I drive. Super professional and easy to work with. Andy Vo kept everything moving on the sales side and made sure I wasn’t sitting around waiting. Clear communication the whole way. Jip Kang handled the paperwork and financing smoothly. Explained everything, no surprises at signing, and got me out the door with my truck the same day. If you’re looking at a Tacoma (or any Toyota), ask for Aaron Osiel Ortiz, Andy Vo, and Jip Kang. They treat you like a person, not a number. Highly recommend Toyota Place Garden Grove.
